Principle of Design

Our assignment was to take a photo illustrating principles of design. I went to Berkeley to visit my sister, and we saw "Animal Liberation" carved into the ground. We went back to her apartment and grabbed her shoes that had dogs on them. I told her to place her feet not in the center, but on a third line. Therefore this picture shows asymmetrical balance. Her feet are placed off to the side, not the center. This picture was taken during the afternoon, under a large tree! Color is also shown because of the brown dirt and leaves, gray cement, and red / black shoes.
