Environmental Portrait (HALLOWEEN)

McKenna Stack is the girl in this image. She was dressed as a mime for Halloween. This photo was taken during advisory. I took it in Dr. Bradley's room (104R). We were assigned to take portraits of people in their costumes and having them pose to play the part. Since mimes are supposed to be quiet, I asked her to place one finger on her lips so that it would appear as though she were shhhing someone. She placed her other arm on her waste so that it would not dangle aimlessly by her waist. I used the portrait setting on my camera so that I would be able to get as much detail in this photo as possible. Line is used due to her striped shirt. Shape and form is also used because of the various object in the image such as: chairs, a skeleton, a picture, and dangling strings. Another shape would be McKenna! Value can be seen by the contrasting colors on her shirt (black and white stripes). The principle used is variety because there are various objects in this photo aside from McKenna.
